    In Senegal, wrestling is more than a sport – it's a cherished tradition that is often referred to as the "national essence". In 2014, China IPPR International Engineering Co, a subsidiary of Sinomach, undertook the ambitious task of designing a modern, large-scale wrestling arena in Dakar.

  • China-aided hospital project expands the access of the Lao people to medical services

    The China-aided Mahosot General Hospital project is one of landmark overseas projects for the improvement of people's wellbeing under the China-proposed Belt and Road initiative. It is the largest hospital project in terms of investment within China's current foreign assistance. The project aims to expand the existing Mahosot Hospital and further improve medical and health conditions in Laos.
